Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at EF Sports website, home to Evans Family Sports LLC. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

 Shipment Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Dependent on the product, orders are tentatively distributed within the order processing window. The following statement will be displayed in the description of the product if the product falls outside of the normal window: “This item falls outside the normal order processing window. Please allow between (time period) to process and ship this item.” Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends passed 12:00 P.M. CT on Saturdays or any holidays designated by the company. A calendar of company holidays will be found on the EF Sports website.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed up to 4-5 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there are significant delays in the shipment of an order, customers will be notified via email or telephone.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

 

Shipping charges for customer’s orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Team orders and school stores fall under a separate tier for shipping; information will be provided to appointed representatives. 

 

*Customers caught not abiding instruction provided above to eliminate cost of shipping will have their order cancelled and money refunded promptly. If customers are caught committing this offense twice will lose access to Evans Family Sports LLC website and be restricted from purchasing future products of Evans Family Sports LLC. Consistent abuse of loyalty to our customers will result in Evans Family Sports LLC to remove Local Delivery method of shipping from the website.  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur from shipping companies.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 Evans Family Sports LLC ships to addresses within the United States of America, United States Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Order Confirmation

 Customers will receive order confirmation after payment has been processed through.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 Customers will receive shipment confirmation once the order has been processed and fulfilled by Evans Family Sports LLC staff. A “Shipment Confirmation” email will be sent to contact information provided during checkout. The email will contain the order tracking number and any relevant information to the customer’s order. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active with real-time information.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Evans Family Sports LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied by shipping companies to customer’s orders. However, Evans Family Sports LLC are responsible for sales taxes assigned to all products sold according to the United States government. All fees imposed after leaving Evans Family Sports’ possession are the responsibility of the customer and shipping companies (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Evans Family Sports LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and provide Evans Family Sports LLC with a copy of all documentation.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
